
Fermentation in tank, finished in barrel where the wine is aged for 3 months in older French and US oak barrels. A buttery-creamy texture in the mouth from the oak, but very fresh without any toasted flavours. A clean citrus finish. A good all round white, would go well with seafood risotto.

Grape: 90%Viura, 10% old vine Malvasia.
