Melted butter, nuts, caramel and toast with a deliciously lemony twist in the finish. Yet another wine where the accent is on terroir and minimal intervention. It is unfiltered and unfined so expect a small deposit at the bottom of the bottle. Enjoy with scallops, lobster and turbot.
