Very fresh, characterised by the notes of red fruits. The palate is loaded with red and black berries (blackberry) on a mineral background with good freshness and acidity. Pairs well with dishes such as spicy fish stews, Iberian sausages, cod dishes or risotto.

Grape: Mencía (aprox 85%), plus 15% Galician indigenous varieties – Caiño, Merenzao, Sousón, Mouraton, Garnacha Tintorera.
